What to do with Runner Beans?

This evening I decided to start stripping my remaining runner bean vines of swollen and drying pods.

I have read many articles that suggest the beans can be dried and stored over winter and used in various recipes.

Tonight I boiled up a handful for tasting and was pleasantly surprised with the result. I wonder if any fellow bloggers out there have any suggestions for recipes and/or methods for cooking?
